Do I own the website?
This is a "Lease-to-Own" model. Because we waive the heavy $3,000+ upfront design costs, the design and code remain our property initially. However, after 12 consecutive months of your subscription, the website is 100% yours. You can also buy it out at any time before the 12 months for a flat fee.
What exactly does "Unlimited Updates" mean?
It means you never have to worry about an outdated site. You can request text changes, image swaps, new product uploads, or promo banner updates.
The rule: We process one request at a time. Once your active request is completed, you can immediately submit the next one. (Note: Complete redesigns or custom backend developments are not included in regular updates).
How fast are the updates completed?
Fast. For the Showcase Plan, most standard updates are completed within 48 hours. For the Growth Plan, you jump to the priority queue with a 24-hour turnaround time.
Am I locked into a long-term contract?
No. We only require a 3-month minimum commitment. This simply covers the heavy lifting of building your custom site from scratch. After the first 3 months, you are free to cancel or pause your subscription at any time.
Are there any hidden fees for hosting or security?
Zero. Your monthly subscription covers premium global hosting, SSL certificates, bug fixes, and all platform technical maintenance. The only thing you pay directly is your domain name renewal (usually around $15/year).
What if I need a massive new feature later?
As your business grows, your website can too. If you need something outside the scope of regular updates (like adding a complex custom portal or a completely new language version), we will quote it as a separate mini-project. As an active subscriber, you automatically get a 20% Partner Discount on all additional development work.
